Hand in the form, together with a passport photo

1) send it by regular mail to "DBSV Red Socks, postbus 616, 6200 MD Maastricht"
2) hand it over to one of the members of the board before or after practice

UM Sports Card

Important! To play socces at DBSV Red Socks (to become a member or to just practice), you need to be in the posession of a valid UM Sports Card.

There are 5 terms in which you can start a membership. The rate depends on the date you start, the length of your membership and the member category. The 5 term time line: September 1st, November 1st, January 1st, March 1st, and May 1st.
